Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) and known by his initials NF (stylized as IF) is an American rapper, singer as well as songwriter, record producer and songwriter. Two EPs have been released: I'm FREE (2012) [3and a self-titled EP from Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion is his first major label record, was released in March 2015. The second studio album Therapy Session was released on April 22 in 2016. It peaked at number 12 in the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous accolades, including: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF became a mainstream hit through Perception in the year 2017. The album peaked on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" was ranked at number 12 on the. Billboard Hot 100 was a worldwide top-10 single. Similar commercial success was also achieved through The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was for him an escape from his youth. He would record songs on a karaoke machine, recording instrumentals on one mic and rapping on the other. Feuerstein, as his real name, released Moments the debut studio album on the 29th of November the 29th of November, 2010. He released his first single, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the track, was included. In 2012, Feuerstein's work was noticed by Xist Music. The artist released his debut extended play I'm Free on May 2 2012, and Profitt was the producer. The tracklist included nine songs which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version with Sean Simmonds from "Alone". Xist had been teased about the self-titled, extended version of the play, NF. However, Feuerstein ended his relationship with the label and production of NF was delayed. NF was however, a highlight of the show, featuring the track "Only One", featuring Shuree Wilkins, from the compilation album of the label Move Vol 1. On November 4 in 2013, he debuted the single "Beautiful Addiction". Profitt also made an appearance on the song. The song featured vocals from Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
